  • 1 bottle clam juice
  • 3 cans minced clams
  • 1 can Shoe peg corn
  • 8 to 10 potatoes, cubed
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • 1 to 1 1/2 qt. milk

    Saute onion in 1/4 pound butter.

    Boil cubed potatoes and drain.

    Combine all ingredients and heat, but don't boil.

    Salt and pepper to taste.
