- 2 c. diced potatoes
- 2 cans minced clams in juice
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 carrot, diced
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1 qt. half and half
Directions

1Drain clams; pour the juice over vegetables.

2Cover with water.

3Cook over medium heat until tender.

4In saucepan, melt butter.

5Add flour and blend until smooth.

6Add half and half a little at a time.

7Do not drain vegetables.

8Add sauce.

9Heat through.
