  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 c. onion
  • 1 c. carrots
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 2 cans clams and 2 cans clam juice
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 4 whole black peppers
  • 3 medium potatoes

    Saute onions, carrots and celery in bacon fat until transparent.

    Combine rest of ingredients in kettle.
