- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
- 1 pt. half and half
- 2 cans minced clams
- 1 can clam chowder (Snows or Gortons)
- 2 c. milk
- cajun seasoning to taste
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Combine potatoes, onions and water.

2Salt and pepper to taste and cook until tender.

3Add half and half, minced clams, clam chowder, milk, cajun seasoning and garlic powder.

4Cook over low heat for 15 minutes.

5Fold in whipped cream.
