- 4 slices bacon
- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 cans minced clams
- 1 c. half and half
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. bottled clam juice
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Saute bacon until brown and crisp.

2Add onions and potatoes and saute for few minutes.

3Sprinkle with flour.

4Add clam juice. Bring to boil about 15 minutes.

5Add half and half with salt and pepper.

6Add minced clams.

7Do not boil.

8Sprinkle with bacon. Serve immediately.
