- 1 pkg. sugar-free vanilla instant pudding
- 2 c. skim milk
- 1/2 c. Lite Cool Whip
- 6 graham crackers (12 halves)
- 1 tsp. chocolate syrup
Directions

1Mix together pudding and milk.

2Fold in Cool Whip.

3Place 4 graham cracker squares in the bottom of an 8 or 9-inch square pan. Pour on one half of the mixture.

4Place on top of that 4 more crackers and the remaining pudding.

5Top with the last 4 crackers. Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours.

6Just before serving, pour in 1/4 teaspoon chocolate syrup.

7Makes four servings.

8Each serving equals 1 bread, 1/2 milk and 50 calories.
