- 4 cans minced clams (6 to 8 oz.)
- 2 medium onions
- 4 (8 oz.) bottles clam juice
- 5 medium potatoes
- 1/2 lb. bacon, diced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. light cream
Directions

1Fry bacon until crisp.

2Add onions and potatoes, clams with the juices and clam juice.

3Simmer until potatoes are done. Season with salt and pepper.

4Mix flour with a little water; stir into chowder.

5Add the cream.

6Serve at once.
