- 12 large clams
- 1 1/2 qt. diced potatoes
- 2 (20 oz.) cans tomatoes
- 1 c. onion, diced
- 1/2 lb. bacon, cut in small pieces
- 3 qt. water
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Run clams and tomatoes through food grinder.

2Put in large pot and add water, salt and pepper.

3Brown bacon in skillet.

4Add bacon and drippings to pot.

5Cook for 45 minutes.

6Add potatoes and cook 20 minutes longer.
