- 2 cans baby clams
- 1 large onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 2 to 3 c. diced potatoes
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
Directions

1Melt butter in large saucepan.

2Add onions and cook until soft, but not brown. Add clams, broth and potatoes.

3Just cover with water and cook until potatoes are cooked. Add milk, salt and pepper to taste.

4Serve at once.
