- 1 to 2 large onions, chopped
- 2 (6 to 7 oz.) cans minced clams
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
- 4 c. milk
- 1 bottle clam juice
- 1 (10 oz.) can whole clams
- 2 large, raw potatoes, pared and diced
- 2 c. medium cream
Directions

1Saute onions in butter until transparent.

2Add clam juice from bottle and from cans of clams.

3Add potatoes and cook until potatoes are tender.

4Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

5Refrigerate overnight.

6Reheat and serve.

7Makes 8 to 10 servings.
