- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 can mushrooms (4 oz.)
- 1 can baby clams (10 oz.)
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Cook potatoes, onions, carrots, and celery for 2 hours.

2Mix flour to make thick with milk.

3Add to potatoes and other ingredients.

4Salt and pepper to taste.

5Stir often.

6Add clams last and simmer a short while before eating.

7Sprinkle with chives if desired.
