- 1 large potato
- 1 (10 oz.) can clams
- 1/2 stick butter
- parsley, chopped
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 pt. half and half
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Dice 1 large potato; boil in water and clam juice from can of clams.

2Boil 3 to 4 minutes.

3Add clams, diced onion, butter, salt and pepper and half and half.

4Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Cover and let simmer for 30 minutes.
