  • 10 slices bacon
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 4 large cubed potatoes
  • 4 large cubed carrots
  • 2 (10 oz.) cans clams
  • 1/2 lb. chopped shrimp
  • 1 qt. half and half cream
  • 2 c. hot water
  • salt and pepper to taste
