- 1 qt. clams
- 1/4 lb. pork
- 2 medium onions, diced
- 3 c. raw potatoes, diced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 qt. milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 pt. cream
Directions

1Cook pork until crisp; add onions and cook 5 minutes.

2Mix in potatoes, seasoning and water; cover pan and simmer 15 minutes. Add clams and liquid; then add milk, butter and cream.

3Heat and serve.
