- 2 (6 oz.) cans clams, minced
- 6 potatoes, diced
- 1/2 c. onions, chopped
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 (12 oz.) cans evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Drain clams, reserving liquid.

2Set clams aside.

3Combine clam juice, potatoes, onions, margarine and water.

4Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

5Stir in soup, milk, salt and pepper.

6Simmer until heated.

7Stir in clams.

8Serves 10 to 12.
