  • 2 cans minced clams, drained
  • 4 small cloves garlic, chopped small
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • grated cheese

Directions

    In small saucepan, melt butter and saute garlic.

    In 8-inch square baking dish, add all remaining ingredients.

    Add butter and garlic and mix well.

    Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in 325° oven for 1/2 hour.

    Serve as a spread on crackers.
