- 2 cans minced clams, drained
- 4 small cloves garlic, chopped small
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- grated cheese
Directions

1In small saucepan, melt butter and saute garlic.

2In 8-inch square baking dish, add all remaining ingredients.

3Add butter and garlic and mix well.

4Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in 325° oven for 1/2 hour.

5Serve as a spread on crackers.
