- 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams (any brand)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, diced
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1/2 c. parsley flakes
- 3/4 c. bread crumbs, flavored
- 1/4 lb. margarine
- 1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
Directions

1Blend onions, parsley and oregano in a bowl.

2Simmer clams with juice and lemon juice for 10 minutes.

3Melt margarine in frying pan.

4Combine all ingredients together except cheese. Place in baking dish and sprinkle cheese on top.

5Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
