Ingredients

  • 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams (any brand)
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, diced
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • 1/2 c. parsley flakes
  • 3/4 c. bread crumbs, flavored
  • 1/4 lb. margarine
  • 1/4 c. grated Romano cheese

Directions

    Blend onions, parsley and oregano in a bowl.

    Simmer clams with juice and lemon juice for 10 minutes.

    Melt margarine in frying pan.

    Combine all ingredients together except cheese. Place in baking dish and sprinkle cheese on top.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
