- 20 oz. minced clams, drained (but save juice in case mixture is dry)
- 1 stick butter
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 lemon
- Cheddar cheese
Directions

1In one skillet, take juice of the lemon, mix with the clams and simmer 20 minutes.

2In saucepan, simmer onion, margarine, garlic, oregano, parsley and the 2 peppers until onion is tender. Mix ingredients together and add bread crumbs.

3Top with Cheddar cheese.

4Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, until bubbly.
