- 1.5 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 5 (6 1/2 ounce) cans chopped clams, drained
- 4 tablespoons clam juice, reserved
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup chopped fresh chives
Directions

1Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, sour cream, and lemon juice in a medium bowl until smooth.

2Mix in clams and chives.

3Add reserved clam juice by tablespoonfuls to thin to desired consistency.

4Season dip to taste with salt and pepper.
