  • 1.5 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, room temperature
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 5 (6 1/2 ounce) cans chopped clams, drained
  • 4 tablespoons clam juice, reserved
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup chopped fresh chives

Directions

    Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, sour cream, and lemon juice in a medium bowl until smooth.

    Mix in clams and chives.

    Add reserved clam juice by tablespoonfuls to thin to desired consistency.

    Season dip to taste with salt and pepper.
