- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 (8 ounce) cans minced clams, drained
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 (1 pound) loaf round sourdough bread
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, green onions, clams and lemon juice.

3Cut the top out of the bread and hollow the bread out.

4Pour the clam mixture into the bread bowl and place the bread top back on the bread bowl.

5Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven for 60 minutes.

6Serve with the bread you removed from the loaf when hollowing it out.
