Ingredients

  • 16 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Room Temperature
  • 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 4 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 cans (6.5 Oz Can) Chopped Clams, Drained But Reserve The Juice
  • 1/4 teaspoons Sea Salt
  • 1 pinch Garlic Powder
  • 1 pinch Onion Powder
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper And Salt To Taste

Directions

    In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese and mayonnaise, mixing until smooth (you can use a wooden spoon, but I like to use a hand mixer or a stand mixer).

    Add Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 to 3/4 cup of the reserved clam juice and stir until well incorporated and smooth.

    Add clams, sea salt and season with a pinch of garlic, onion powder and black pepper to taste.

    Stir with a large spoon to combine.

    Place in the refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours.

    Serve with potato chips or veggies.
