- 1 (12 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
- 34 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 5 (6 1/2 ounce) cans minced clams with juice, drained (reserve 4 tbsp. juice from cans)
- 34 cup chopped fresh chives
Directions

1Using electric mixer, beat cream cheese, sour cream, and lemon juice until smooth in medium bowl.

2Mix in clams and chives.

3Add reserved clam juice by tablespoons to thin to desired consistency.

4Season to taste with salt and pepper.

5Can make 1 day ahead.

6Cover and chill.

7Bring to room temperature before serving.

8Place bowl in center of platter surrounded with fresh veggies and chips.
