  • 3 cans minced clams, drain and set aside juice
  • 1 to 1 1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • sprinkle garlic powder, basil, oregano, onion

Directions

    Mix ingredients together.

    Mix in juice to a mushy consistency and spread in pie pan.

    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Serve with Ritz crackers.
