- 3 cans minced clams, drain and set aside juice
- 1 to 1 1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 1 stick melted margarine
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- sprinkle garlic powder, basil, oregano, onion
Directions

1Mix ingredients together.

2Mix in juice to a mushy consistency and spread in pie pan.

3Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

4Serve with Ritz crackers.
