- 2 c. cooked, mashed potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
Directions

1Drain clams and combine with mashed potatoes, butter, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
