  • 2 cans minced clams
  • 12 saltine crackers, crushed
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Beat eggs; add clams and crushed crackers.

    Blend with a fork. Add milk and melted butter or margarine, salt and pepper.

    Bake in a greased casserole at 400° for 40 minutes.
