- 3 Tbsp. rum
- 3 c. heavy cream
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 3 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
- 1/2 c. grated bittersweet chocolate
Directions

1Sprinkle macaroon crumbs with rum.

2Stir to moisten evenly. Whip the cream.

3Mix in the egg yolks, confectioners sugar, crumb-rum mix and bittersweet chocolate. Place in sherbet glasses or a 4 cup mold and chill.

4This dessert can also be frozen.
