- 2 (8 oz.) cans minced clams
- 1/2 can chicken broth
- 1/3 c. olive oil
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/3 c. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 lb. spaghetti
Directions

1Drain clam liquid into measuring cup and add chicken broth to make 1 cup.

2Set aside.

3Heat oil in pan and saute garlic and parsley for 1 minute.

4Add clam liquid, clams, salt, pepper and simmer for 2 minutes.

5Take off heat and stir in butter.

6Pour over spaghetti.
