  • 2 c. Doxsee minced clams
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • 4 cloves chopped garlic
  • 3/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 4 drops Tabasco

Directions

    Drain clams; save juice.

    Melt butter and saute onion, garlic and clams.

    Add remaining ingredients and mix.

    Pour into ovenproof dish.

    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

    Bake uncovered at 350° for 1/2 hour, until bubbly.

    May be frozen.
