- 2 c. Doxsee minced clams
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 stick butter
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 4 cloves chopped garlic
- 3/4 c. bread crumbs
- 4 drops Tabasco
Directions

1Drain clams; save juice.

2Melt butter and saute onion, garlic and clams.

3Add remaining ingredients and mix.

4Pour into ovenproof dish.

5Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

6Bake uncovered at 350° for 1/2 hour, until bubbly.
