Ingredients
- 12 cup butter (plus additional)
- 2 (6 1/2 ounce) cans minced clams
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 12 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 12 cup cracker meal
- 12 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 12 pint heavy cream
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions

1Melt butter in pan.

2Add onion and saute lightly.

3Add clams with juice, cracker meal, and bread crumbs.

4Mix well.

5Remove from heat.

6Season with salt and pepper to taste.

7Add parsley.

8Place in a greased 1-quart casserole.

9Dot with butter.

10Pour cream on top.

11Bake for 25 minutes at 375 degrees.

12When finished, stir cream in well and serve with crackers.
