- 3 cans minced clams (reserve liquid from 1 can)
- 2 small onions, diced
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- pimento, chopped (for color)
- 6 Tbsp. Italian bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- French's imitation bacon to taste (about 2 to 3 Tbsp.)
Directions

1Saute onions and green pepper in 3 tablespoons margarine.

2Put all other ingredients in a casserole dish.

3Add onions, peppers and clam liquid.

4Refrigerate for awhile.

5Bake, uncovered, at 450° for 30 minutes.

6Serve warm with crackers.
