  • 12 hard shell clams (3 to 4-inches across)
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped fine
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped fine
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 c. sweet onions, chopped fine
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. unflavored bread crumbs
  • 1 (4 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 2 eggs, beaten
