- 1 medium onion
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 cans clams and juice
- linguini
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Saute onion and garlic in olive oil; add lemon juice and pepper.

2Stir in clams and juice.

3Simmer 10 minutes.

4Add 3 tablespoons chopped parsley; serve over hot linguini.

5One can shrimp and some tiny scallops may be added with clams, if desired.
