- 2 12 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 12 cup butter, melted
- 24 ounces cream cheese (softed)
- 1 12 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 12 teaspoons vanilla
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 6 eggs
- 10 ounces sour cream
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 12 teaspoons vanilla
Directions

1Combine crumbs and butter, press into buttered spring form pan, bottom and sides.

2Beat cream cheese until fluffy.

3Gradually blend in sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, and salt.

4Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.

5Pour filling into crumb crust.

6Bake at 325 until set (for about an hour).

7While cheesecake is baking, combine sour cream, sugar, and vanilla, spoon over top of cooked cheesecake.

8Bake 10 mins longer.

9Cool in oven.

10Chill for several hours before serving.

11Top with cherries, strawberries, or leave it plain.
