- 1 c. white corn syrup
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. pecans or more to taste
Directions

1Place pecans in the bottom of an unbaked pie shell.

2Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over pecans.

3Bake in a 425 degree oven for 10 minutes then lower to 325 degrees and cook another 35 minutes until pie is firm.
