- 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 1 graham cracker pie crust

1Preheat oven to 325f if using a silver 9-inch springform pan (or to 300f if using a dark nonstick springform pan).

2Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.

3Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended.

4Pour over crust.

5Bake 55 minutes or until center is almost set.

6Loosen cake from side of pan; cool before removing side of pan.

7Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.

8Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.
