- 3 ounces ground beef, extra lean
- 12 cup onion, chopped
- 58 cup tomatoes, chopped
- 14 cup tomato puree, canned
- 18 cup black beans, cooked
- 1 ounce mozzarella cheese, skim
- 1 18 cups green peppers, chopped
- 38 cup V8 vegetable juice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- onion powder
- chili powder
- cilantro
- crushed red pepper flakes
- allspice
- basil
- nutmeg
- sage
- soy sauce
- parsley
- cinnamon
Directions

1Place ground beef into a skillet which contains the oil heated on medium-high setting.

2Brown and cook thoroughly until done.

3Add prepared ground beef, all vegetables, V-8 juice, black beans and 2 cups of water to crock pot.

4Add spices to your personal taste.

5Cook in the crock pot until thoroughly done, stirring occasionally.

6When cooking is finished, place in a bowl and top with mozzarella cheese.
