- 1 (8 ounce) package Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole corn
- 1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups swiss cheese, grated, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9x13 casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside. In large mixing bowl place cornbread mix, whole corn (do NOT drain), creamed corn, sour cream, melted butter, 1 cup swiss cheese, cayenne pepper and the eggs. Mix together till combined.

2Pour mixture into casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes. Top with reserved 1 cup swiss cheese and continue baking 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling.
