  • 1/2 c. liquid Butter Buds
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onion
  • 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. lite salt (optional)
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
  • 1 qt. skim milk
  • 3 (7 1/2 oz. size) cans king crabmeat, drained
  • 1 (3 oz.) can button mushrooms, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. Tabasco
  • 2 c. Alpine Lace nonfat Cheddar cheese or 16 oz. Kraft Free cheese slices
  • 1/2 c. Sargento lite grated Mozzarella cheese
