- 2 -2 14 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 (8 ounce) envelope fast rising yeast
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup milk
- 14 cup water
- 2 tablespoons butter
Directions

1Combine 3/4 cup flour, undissolved yeast, sugar and salt in a large bowl.

2Heat milk, water and butter until very warm (120-130 degrees).

3Add to flour mixture.

4Beat 2 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer, scraping bowl occasionally.

5Add 1/4 cup flour, beat 2 minutes at high speed.

6Stir in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough.

7Knead on lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic (about 8-10 minutes).

8Cover and let rest 10 minutes.

9Divide dough into 12 equal pieces; shape into balls.

10Place in a greased 8-inch round pan.

11Cover and let rise in warm, draft free place until it has doubled in size, about 30 minutes.

12Bake in preheated 375-degree oven for 20 minutes.

13Brush tops with melted better and serve warm.
