  • 1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon ginger
  • 12 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 -9 inch pie crust

    Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.

    In a large mixing bowl, mix together the pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, 2 eggs lightly beaten, cinnamon, salt, ginger, and nutmeg.

    Mix together with electric mixter until well blended.

    Pour into an unbaked 9 inch pie shell.

    Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees, then decrease oven tempurature to 350 degrees and continue to bake for another 30 minutes.

    (about 1/2 through the baking time, you might want to add some alum.

    foil around the edge of the pie crust to protect it from getting too well done.
