  • 12 cups water
  • 14 cup salt, divided
  • 3 cups edamame, in the pod trimmed
  • 14 teaspoon sesame oil

Directions

    In a saucepan bring water and 3 tablespoons salt to a boil.

    Add edamame and boil until tender-crisp, about 6 minutes.

    Drain beans and transfer to a large bowl.

    Add remaining salt and sesame oil and toss to coat.
