- 1 cup brown sugar, light
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 each eggs
- 2 cups flour, all-purpose
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon ginger ground
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch cloves, ground
- 1/2 cup sugar plus extra for rolling
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F (180C).

2Cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

4Sift dry ingredients then add to butter mixture.

5Roll dough into balls and roll in sugar.
