Classic Guacamole

- 3 whole Ripe Avocados
- 1/2 whole White Onion
- 1 whole Tomato, Seeded And Diced
- 1 whole Jalapeno, Seeded And Diced
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 5 sprigs Cilantro, Finely Chopped
- 2 whole Limes, Juiced
- 1 dash Salt
Directions

1Halve the avocados and add the flesh to a mixing bowl. Using a fork, mash the avocado gently but leave it somewhat chunky.

2Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl with the avocado and fold everything together until combined.

3Serve guacamole on top of tacos, in burritos or with tortilla chips!
