- 2 lb. Yukon gold potatoes
- 1/2 c. warm milk
- 2 tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1In 4-quart saucepan, combine potatoes and enough cold water to cover.

2Heat to boiling on high.

3Reduce heat to maintain simmer.

4Partially cover; simmer 15 minutes or until very tender.

5Drain well and return to saucepan.

6Add milk, butter, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

7Mash until smooth.
