Classic Moroccan Mint Tea

- 1 tablespoon green tea leaves
- 10 -12 spearmint, leaves (fresh & washed)
- 12 liter about 2 cups boiling water
- 14 cup sugar
Directions

1Boil a liter (about 4 cups) of water.

2Rinse a small tea pot with about 1/4 cup of the hot water, then pour out the water.

3Add the tea leaves and then add another 1/4 cup boiling water.

4Swirl the pot to wash and rinse the leaves, and carefully pour out the water again.

5Add the mint leaves and the sugar, and fill the pot with 1/2 liter (about 2 cups) the boiling water.

6Let the tea to steep for five minutes.

7Gently stir the tea.

8Pour into small tea glasses and serve.
