  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 jar (24 oz.) CLASSICO FAMILY FAVORITES Traditional Pasta Sauce
  • 3 cups rotini pasta or other small shaped pasta, uncooked
  • 1 cup POLLY-O Original Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 cup POLLY-O Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided

Directions

    Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain.

    Add pasta sauce and 2 cups water; mix well.

    Bring to boil; reduce heat to medium-low.

    Stir in pasta.

    Cover; cook 15 minutes or until pasta is tender.

    Stir in ricotta cheese.

    Cover; cook an additional 5 minutes.

    Stir in half of the mozzarella cheese.

    Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese; cover.

    Let stand 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
