- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 jar (24 oz.) CLASSICO FAMILY FAVORITES Traditional Pasta Sauce
- 3 cups rotini pasta or other small shaped pasta, uncooked
- 1 cup POLLY-O Original Ricotta Cheese
- 1 cup POLLY-O Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
Directions

1Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain.

2Add pasta sauce and 2 cups water; mix well.

3Bring to boil; reduce heat to medium-low.

4Stir in pasta.

5Cover; cook 15 minutes or until pasta is tender.

6Stir in ricotta cheese.

7Cover; cook an additional 5 minutes.

8Stir in half of the mozzarella cheese.

9Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese; cover.

10Let stand 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
