  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. Karo light or dark corn syrup
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans
  • 2 unbaked pie crusts

Directions

    In a large bowl, combine first five ingredients until well blended. Stir in pecans.

    Pour into pie crust.

    Bake in a 350° oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool.
