  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped coarsely
  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust

Directions

    In a large bowl combine eggs, syrup, sugar, margarine and vanilla until well blended (by hand).

    Stir in pecans.

    Pour into crust.

    Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife blade inserted in middle of pie comes out clean.

    Cool.
