- 6 eggs
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. anise or vanilla
- 1 c. margarine, melted (do not use more or substitute oil)
- 4 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Beat eggs, adding sugar gradually.

2Beat until smooth.

3Add cooled margarine and anise or vanilla.

4Sift flour and baking powder.

5Blend into egg mixture until smooth, using a large spoon. Dough will be sticky enough to be dropped by spoon.

6Bake in Pizzelle Baker.

7Makes approximately 60.

8For extra holiday fun, add several drops food coloring to dough.
