- 6 eggs
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla or anise
- 1 c. margarine, melted (do not use more or substitute oil)
- 4 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Beat eggs, adding sugar gradually.

2Add cooked margarine and vanilla or anise.

3Sift flour and baking powder.

4Blend into egg mixture until smooth. Dough will be sticky enough to be dropped by spoon.

5Bake in pizzelle maker.

6Makes approximately 60 pizzelles.
